Blessing CEO Reacts as Fiancé IVD is Arrested Over Ongoing Domestic Violence CasePopular relationship coach and influencer, Blessing Okoro, widely known as Blessing CEO, has spoken out following the reported arrest of her fiancé, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, better known as IVD. IVD, a well-known car dealer based in Lagos, was allegedly apprehended by the Lagos State Police Command at the airport while attempting to travel to Qatar.

According to reports, his arrest, which occurred on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, is connected to an ongoing investigation into the 2022 domestic violence case involving the tragic death of his late wife, Bimbo Ogbonna.Taking to her social media platforms, Blessing CEO expressed deep concern and described the arrest as unfair and politically influenced. She revealed that IVD had recently reissued a missing passport and was not placed under any travel restrictions. Despite this, he was detained without a formal statement or charges at the time of the arrest. Blessing CEO further alleged that IVD is being targeted by the family of his late wife and accused bloggers of circulating false and unverified stories. She called out what she described as an emotional manipulation of the legal system and a smear campaign against her partner. In her emotional post, she wrote: “They are pushing me so hard. I will drop this love and come out with my full garment. They are bullying IVD, and it’s getting out of hand. IVD is innocent… I won’t tolerate this anymore.”The post quickly gained attention online, sparking a wave of reactions.

While some sympathized with her defense of IVD, others criticized her for staying involved in a case that has raised serious questions.Blessing CEO has remained one of IVD’s strongest supporters since the controversy began, insisting on his innocence and claiming he’s being wrongly portrayed in the media. As the case continues to unfold, legal observers have called for a fair investigation and cautioned against jumping to conclusions. Human rights advocates are also urging authorities to ensure transparency and justice for all parties involved.
